The offer and sale of products on our website (“palla9mm.digitalwit.it”) are governed by these General Sale Conditions.

In order to make a purchase, the buyer must answer to the following requirements:
– must be over 18 years old
– must have a valid and functioning email account
– must be in possession of an optional valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
– must register to complete an order by providing their personal data and the address for the delivery of the purchased products.

The customer who concludes a purchase on the website palla9mm.digitalwit.it by sending an order confirmation and the related payment, undertakes to comply with these conditions of sale which must be read and accepted before the conclusion of each order by specific mandatory reading confirmation required during the order validation phase.

Payment methods

Credit Card – PayPal

Through the PayPal circuit you can comfortably pay with your favorite credit card: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal Prepaid Card, Postepay, Carta Aura. Paying by credit card is absolutely safe because the communications between our site and the bank are encrypted and not traceable.
It is not mandatory to have a counter Paypal, just your credit card!

Wire Transfer

You can pay for your orders by bank transfer. Once selected as the Bank Transfer payment method, after the conclusion of the order, it will be necessary to make the bank transfer to your bank of reference, at the coordinates indicated below.

The time for the payment visibility varies from bank to bank, but usually 3 -4 days pass from the moment in which the transfer is made to the moment of reception. Once verified the visibility of the payment will be necessary 2-3 days for shipping the order.

If the payment visibility by bank transfer is not received within 8 working days from the time of the online purchase, the order will be considered automatically canceled.

Indicate in the reason for the bank transfer the order reference number issued at the time of purchase, the name and surname of the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

palla9mm.digitalwit.it makes use of the express courier for the shipment of the products purchased.

The cost of shipping is identical for the whole Italian territory, it varies according to the quantities purchased and will be visible on the “Cart” page.

Once the order payment has been received, the products delivery is expected within 3/4 working days.

All delivered products are properly packed, if you find damaged or incompletely sealed packaging upon delivery, refuse the delivery.

Changes – Returns – Withdrawals

Returning a product purchased on palla9mm.digitalwit.it for a return or withdrawal is a quick and simple procedure

Within 10 days from the date of purchase, each customer has the right to return the product on the purchase made to obtain a refund of the amount paid, or to request the replacement of an order.

To make the procedure for returning the goods possible, it is absolutely necessary to handle the product with care without damaging it, any damaged or clearly worn, partially or totally used products will not be replaced or refunded; it is also necessary to return the product in the same packaging used for delivery.

To carry out the procedure for returning goods, follow the following steps:

– Send an email to info@palla9mm.com indicating the order number reported at the time of purchase, name and surname and the reason why you want to request the withdrawal or replacement of the item.
– Prepare the package using the same packaging provided at the time of delivery of the order.
– You will then be contacted on where to send the package.

The costs of the return shipment for orders delivered in Italy and abroad are borne by the customer.

Once the goods have been received, palla9mm.digitalwit.it will check the integrity of the products received according to the above indications. palla9mm.digitalwit.it reserves the right not to accept returns communicated or sent back after 10 working days or damaged items, returned in conditions other than how they were received.

Acceptance of the return will be communicated by palla9mm.digitalwit.it via email within 10 days from the time of receipt of the goods. After this communication, palla9mm.digitalwit.it will then return the sums paid to the customer at the time of purchase or replace it.

For the reimbursement, the bank details will be requested at which to make the credit transfer of the amount paid.

In case of replacement of an article, palla9mm.digitalwit.it will send the requested article to the customer. The shipping costs for replacements are charged to palla9mm.digitalwit.it.

It is possible to make a single replacement, even if of more products, for each order placed
